All Upcoming DC Comics Absolute Editions (now until June 2026)

Over the next couple of months, there are a ton of new Absolute Editions on the way from DC Comics. This includes classics like the Death of Superman: Absolute Edition. However, it also includes newer books, like Batman: White Knight: Absolute Edition.

To simplify what is coming up, we created a list of all solicited DC Absolute Editions currently set for release between today and June of 2026. This list details the contents and release date for each collection. Readers should keep in mind that solicitations like these often undergo changes before release. Contents, release dates, and collection sizes could all be altered before the book comes out. This means that this list is likely to be what is released in the future, but nothing is guaranteed.

• Absolute Batman: Dark Victory (2025 Edition) 
  • Collects Batman: Dark Victory #0-13.
  • Release Date: October 7, 2025
• Absolute Batman: Hush (New Edition) 
  • Collects Batman #608-619, a Hush interlude from Wizard #0, and a bonus section with over 40 pages of behind-the-scenes content.
  • Release Date: October 7, 2025
• Absolute Preacher Vol. 3 (2025 Edition) 
  • Collects issues #41-66 of Preacher in an oversize Absolute Edition format, complete with a new slipcase and bonus material.
  • Release Date: October 21, 2025
• Absolute WildC.A.T.s. by Jim Lee (2025 Edition)  
  • Collects WILDC.A.T.s #1-13, 31, 50; Cyberforce #1-3, WILDC.A.T.s/X-MEN: The Silver Age #1; WILDC.A.T.s Adventures #1; and WILDC.A.T.s #1, as well as behind-the-scenes sketches, concept designs, and variant covers.

• Death of Superman: Absolute Edition 
  • Collects Superman #73-75, Adventures of Superman #496-497, Justice League America #69, Action Comics #683-684, Superman: The Man of Steel #17-19, Newstime: The Life and Death of Superman #1.
  • Release Date: December 16, 2025
• Absolute Batman: The Long Halloween (2026 Edition) 
  • Collects the full 13-issue miniseries with more than 30 pages of behind-the-scenes extras.
  • Release Date: January 6, 2026
• Absolute Promethea Book Two (2026 Edition) 
  • Collects the entire Kaballah storyline (issues #13-23) of the mystical series by Alan Moore and J.H. Williams III, plus an extensive art gallery.
  • Release Date: January 20, 2026
• Batman: R.I.P. by Grant Morrison and Tony S. Daniel: Absolute Edition
  • Collects DC Universe #0 and Batman #676-681. Also includes the missing chapter from Batman #701-702, and bonus issue Batman #700.
  • Release Date: March 3, 2026
