About: Timelines
ComicBookWire’s timeline project is designed to detail both the lives of characters and the order of events throughout the history of comic books. Each timeline will summarize what happens in specific storylines and provide a better picture of the topic. Each timeline is also created as a mirror to a reading order (discover more about our reading orders here).
We created these timelines to make reading comics easier. It can be hard following comic books over multiple years and it is easy to fall behind on what your favorite character is up to. It can also be hard jumping into comics as a new reader, since the character you want to read about may already have years of backstory that you know nothing about. We suggest using our timelines to get up to speed so that you can jump back into the world of comics armed with all the knowledge you need.
