All Upcoming Dark Horse Library Editions (now until May 2023)

Library Editions are the premium format comic book collections from Dark Horse Comics. They present oversized, hardcover versions of popular comics along with a host of extras.

Over the next few months, plenty of new and exciting Library Editions are on the way. Many of these collect popular comics in an impressive format. These include Blackwood Library Edition and Snow Angels Library Edition. In addition, some of these Library Editions focus on gathering comics about TV shows or movies. These include The Orville Library Edition Volume 1 and Avatar: The High Ground Library Edition.

To simplify what to expect, we created a list of all solicited Dark Horse Library Edition collections currently set for release between today and May of 2023. This list details the contents and release date for each collection. Readers should keep in mind that solicitations like these often undergo changes before release. Contents, release dates, and collection sizes could all be altered before the book comes out, or the book could be canceled altogether. This means that this list is likely to be what is released in the future, but nothing is guaranteed.

• Madman Library Edition Volume 3
  • Collects The Atomics #1–#15 and the cult classic graphic novel Red Rocket 7.
  • Release Date: November 15, 2022
• The Orville Library Edition Volume 1
  • Collects The Orville #1-4 (“New Beginnings” and “The Word of Avis”), The Orville #1-4 (“Launch Day” and “Heroes”), The Orville #1-2 (“Digressions”), The Orville #1-2 (“Artifacts”).
  • Release Date: November 22, 2022
• Tales from Harrow County Library Edition
  • Collects volumes one and two of Tales from Harrow County in a deluxe, hardcover, and oversized format with a new cover by Tyler Crook, sketchbook material, and more.
  • Release Date: November 22, 2022
• Blackwood Library Edition
  • Collects the first two volumes of Blackwood in a deluxe, hardcover, and oversized format with a new cover, a bonus sketchbook section, pinups by Peach Momoko, Becky Cloonan, Andrew MacLean, Tyler Crook, and many more.
  • Release Date: December 6, 2022
