Count Dooku Comic Reading Order

This reading order is designed to give an outline of major storylines featuring Count Dooku throughout the Star Wars comics. It may not encompass every one of his appearances but is an outline of the major ones and the stories that affect them.

The continuity details relating to each specific storyline are explained in the “Review” of each storyline. Every “Review” link will provide a detailed continuity breakdown of that story and will explain any reference the story makes to other aspects of the Star Wars Universe. All of this can be found under the “Continuity” section of each link.

Note: movies are labeled in bold.

Prequel Era

Count Dooku has a few quick appearances before the events of Episode II: Attack of the Clones. These expand on his life leading up to the events of that movie and further develop his character in general.

During The Clone Wars era, Dooku has a moderate role in the Darth Maul- Son of Dathomir series. However, rather than building on events from the main Star Wars movies, this comic builds on plotlines from The Clone Wars animated series.

Notes

1. This issue is mostly about Jango Fett and his son, Boba Fett. However, Dooku's brief appearance here expands on his role in the events of Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
