When is Stan Lee’s Cameo in Spider-Man?

Like most other Marvel movies, Stan Lee makes a cameo in Spider-Man. About halfway through the movie, Green Goblin attacks a festival taking place in Times Square. When he does this, he throws a Pumpkin Bomb at a building and it begins exploding. Debris showers out of the building and the crowd begins to panic. Stan Lee can be seen escorting a young girl away from the explosion and debris.
