Tom King’s “Strange Adventures” and “Rorschach” Hardcover Solicitations are Up

Writer Tom King is known for his brilliant work on several comic book miniseries. Specifically, his runs on Vision, Mister Miracle (Review), and Omega Men (Review) are all critically acclaimed and well regarded by fans. As of this moment, two miniseries written by Tom King are currently being published, Strange Adventures and Rorschach. Now, before these miniseries have been entirely published, a hardcover collection for both comics has been solicited.

Strange Adventures and Rorschach are set to receive separate collections on December 7, 2021. Both collections will collect their full, twelve-issue miniseries, respectively. Right now, the trim size for these collections is not listed. However, neither collection has been listed as a Deluxe Edition so it is pretty likely that they will both be standard-sized hardcovers. This is a bit of a bummer, since it would be awesome to see the artwork from Jorge Fornés, Mitch Gerads, and Evan “Doc” Shaner in an oversized format. Despite this, it is entirely possible that these collections will receive Deluxe Editions at some point in the future, as DC previously released Mister Miracle and Omega Men as standard-sized collections before rereleasing them in an oversized format. Interested readers should also keep in mind that the exact details surrounding these books may change as we approach their release dates.
