Cloverfield Watching Order

The watching order for the Cloverfield movies is somewhat complicated because of the nature of these movies. Each film is completely standalone while also being connected to the other films. Despite this, there are small connections that tie the franchise together.

Because of this, we suggest watching the films in release order. This means that the connections between the films won’t be obvious at first. However, they are revealed with the third film in the series. It also makes an incident near the end of The Cloverfield Paradox more meaningful.

Ultimately though, the Cloververse can be approached in any order. Someone can easily jump into any one of these movies and understand what is happening without having seen the other films.
