Overview
Batman: Night of the Monster Men (Review) is a single storyline that takes place across the Batman, Nightwing, and Detective Comics series. It begins with an issue of Batman, continues in an issue of Nightwing, then an issue of Detective Comics, and then repeats through each of those series one more time. These six issues should all be read in the order detailed above in order for the story to make sense.
Before Reading
This crossover event mostly stems from the first story arcs of the Batman, Nightwing, and Detective Comics series. However, since Nightwing’s arc has little to do with this event, reading Batman Vol. 1: I am Gotham (Review) and Detective Comics Vol. 1: Rise of the Batmen (Review) should provide fans with all the information they need.
