OMAC (Kevin Kho) Reading Order

This reading order is designed to give an outline of major storylines featuring O.M.A.C. (Kevin Kho) throughout DC Comics. It does not encompass every one of his appearances, but is an outline of the major ones and the stories that affect them.

The continuity details relating to each specific storyline are explained in the “Review” of each storyline. Every “Review” link will provide a detailed continuity breakdown of that story and will explain any reference the story makes to other aspects of the DC Universe. All of this can be found under the “Continuity” section of each link.

New 52

At the beginning of the New 52, Kevin Kho was introduced as a new take on the O.M.A.C. character. He made his debut through the OMAC series, where he was the main character. After this series was canceled, he went on to play a supporting role in a number of other comics. This saw him become acquainted with both the Justice League International (Reading Order) and the Suicide Squad (Reading Order).

Notes
  1. OMAC's role in these comics is rather small. However, it does help explain how he transitioned from the Justice League International (Reading Order) to the Suicide Squad (Reading Order).
  2. This issue only features OMAC for a brief moment. It simply helps establish his presence so that he can go on to play a larger role in later Suicide Squad issues.

Rebirth

The beginning of the Rebirth era features some continuity changes for Kevin Kho. The cliffhanger ending seen from his last New 52 appearance is left completely unexplained. Furthermore, his character appears to be, more or less, in the same position that he was in at the beginning of the New 52. It is not exactly clear how much of his New 52 journey is retconned by Rebirth.

Thus far, OMAC's presence in the Rebirth era has consisted of a single supporting role in the Blue Beetle series.
