“Studio Ghibli: The Complete Works” Art Book is on the Way

When it comes to artwork in animated movies, Studio Ghibli often leads the pack. From the sweeping nature in My Neighbor Totoro to the creative creatures in Spirited Away, there is a lot to love. These stunning visuals spark imagination and contribute to the film’s worldbuilding.

Recently, an official art book was released that looks at all of the Studio Ghibli films. However, this book was only released in Japan. Now, an English version of the book is on the way.

Studio Ghibli: The Complete Works is currently set for release on October 18, 2022. This hardcover volume is set to contain artwork that highlights “26 acclaimed Studio Ghibli films”. It also contains “an exclusive interview with director Goro Miyazaki.” Altogether, this makes for a solid collection for diehard Ghibli fans or for anyone who simply wants to have a good-looking art book for their coffee table.
